After creating an account, choose your club country, city, name and colours. You then enter a living game world where other teams are run by real managers or are waiting for someone to take charge.
There is no need to change everything immediately. Learn your players, positions, fitness and morale before adapting the system to the strengths of your squad.

2. Make decisions between matches
A manager does more than select eleven players. You develop staff and facilities, control finances, study the transfer market and respond to club messages. Every investment competes for the same budget, so immediate results must be balanced with long-term progress.
Check messages, training and reports regularly. A few deliberate decisions before a matchday are more useful than rebuilding the entire side without a plan.
3. Compete and build a history
League results shape the standing of your club and your manager career. Beyond the league, you can compete in cups, tournaments and other competitions available in the TacturionFC world.
The best starting approach is simple: keep a stable squad, learn one tactical system and review your matches. Later, add alternative plans for specific opponents.
